Is storage really free forever?
Yes. Even if inventory sits unsold in our Ningbo warehouse for longer than anticipated, we never charge storage fees.
How fast do you process orders?
In normal seasons we pick, quality-check, repack, and hand orders to couriers within 24 hours. During busy periods everyone slows down a little, but we still aim for 24-hour processing and clients understand peak-season reality.
What platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify and WooCommerce are our main focus with direct API sync. Technically we can connect almost any platform, but in practice we almost always work with Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
Can you add custom branding?
