We contact factories in Mandarin, push for the lowest possible pricing and MOQ, calculate exact shipping costs based on weight and volume, and return a full quotation (including our small commission) usually within 1-24 hours.
Once you approve the quote, we place a test order, receive the goods at our warehouse, and perform strict quality control, all while filming the entire unboxing and inspection process so you can see every detail. Only when you’re 100% satisfied do we move to larger production runs.
Average time from approved quote to stock arriving in our warehouse is 3-7 days for nearby factories, up to 10-14 days during busy seasons or for distant suppliers.
